Q: How long does my order take to ship?
Most orders are shipped same day if ordered before 5pm est. Although we try our best to fulfill same day, orders may be delayed due to a number of factors; Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped the next business day.
Q: Where does Kay Nicole ship?
We currently ship to the US and Canada. There is a flat $10.00 fee for shipping to Canada.
Q: What if I have issues with tracking, need to edit my shipping address, or anything else?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.
